SIMOP was created in 1975 by Armel and Eric Ferey for purposes of designing and manufacturing ranges of plastic products for water treatment.
SIMOP is specialized in plastic manufacturing process called rotomolding.
SIMOP has increased its water treatment market through the development of new products and the efforts of a dynamic and efficient sales force..

In addition to water treatment products, SIMOP has developed stocking and packaging products (tanks, containers, bowl ...) for use in industry, agriculture, wine-growing. SIMOP also manufactures products as subcontractor. Since its creation, SIMOP's turnover has constantly increased.

In 1997, SIMOP acquired MOULAC, another company specialized in rotomolding, which is located in France (Bordeaux area). Moulac was subsequently merged into SIMOP and became a manufacturing site.

Following the acquisition of MOULAC, SIMOP increased its market share in fields of stocking, packaging, subcontracted products, and began a new activity consisting in the sale of rotomolding machines and know-how.

creation of SIMOP ESPANA, a Spanish subsidiary. The head office and sales organization are located in Barcelona. The production center is located in Saragoza and has been in activity since February 1991.

creation of SIMOP CARAIBES, a company located in Guadeloupe (at Baie mahault), which manufactures water tanks, manhole and water treatment products.

Simop acquires 80% of PAPI S.A., specialised in rotomolding at Mesnil en Thelle (60). This same year, SIMOP change his structure, from classical S.A. it become a company with board of trustees and directory.

Valery et Guillaume FEREY create F2F Holding witch hold Simop. The same year the group aquire Franceaux company
